1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

  • Note: We securely package all cleaning brushes to ensure bristles and handles arrive in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders from our United States facility directly to the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Denver, Colorado, USA.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to the United Kingdom is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No handling or delivery fees apply.

4. Import Duties and Taxes (VAT)

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Please note that your bank may apply a currency conversion rate if your account is in GBP.
  • No Hidden Fees (DDP): We ship using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means all applicable UK import VAT and customs duties are included in the product price or covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees by the courier upon delivery.

5. Shipping Locations We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system as the package travels from the US to the UK.
